Home for this week. but no shortage of inspections around Central Florida. Spent today with two inspections in Orlando. Then during my lunch break went and did a quick drone photography job in Poinciana.
Cold but really nice day. Started off this morning with below freezing temperatures. Did you know that work ID badges make great ice scrapers? You gotta do what ya gotta do when you don’t own an ice scraper anymore!
In Orlando my first inspection was some electrical, and the second inspection was an air handler that caught on fire and a breaker panel next to it.
Systems with electric heat need to be checked yearly by a trained professional to make sure all of the safety switches are operational. This family was extremely lucky.
